Cedar & Sunflowers Dog Boarding (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides dog boarding services under the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer overnight dog boarding services, including feeding, exercise, and general care in a small-scale, home-based environment. Optional add-ons and special care services may be available as outlined in our current rate sheet.
3. Booking & Payment
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment is required at or before drop-off unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional charges may apply for extended stays, late pick-ups, off-hours appointments, special care, or additional dogs.
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
• Dogs must be in good health, up to date on required vaccinations, and free of parasites or contagious illness. Proof of vaccination is required prior to boarding.
• Owners must disclose all medical conditions, dietary needs, behavioral concerns, and any history of aggression or escape behaviors.
• Dogs must be safe to handle and suitable for a shared boarding environment.
• Owners are responsible for providing their dog’s food, medications, and any approved personal items.
5. Liability & Waiver
• While all reasonable precautions are taken, dog boarding involves inherent risks, including interaction with other dogs and environmental factors.
• Cedar & Sunflowers Dog Boarding is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or escape unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Owners assume all risks associated with boarding and agree to hold Cedar & Sunflowers Dog Boarding harmless from related claims.
• Any veterinary care required during a stay will be at the owner’s expense. In an emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner or emergency contact and are authorized to seek veterinary care if unreachable.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in accordance with our current cancellation policy.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures may result in partial or full charges.
7. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
• Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only during designated hours.
• Late pick-ups beyond the agreed timeframe may be subject to additional fees.
• Owners must notify us as soon as possible if they anticipate running late.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any dog that exhibits aggressive behavior, excessive anxiety, or poses a safety risk to staff, other dogs, or the facility.
9. Full Boarding Agreement
A complete version of our Boarding Agreement is provided at booking and must be acknowledged prior to your dog’s stay.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
