Cedar & Sunflowers Dog Boarding ("we," "our," or "us") provides services under the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional dog boarding services, including overnight stays, special care, and optional add-ons as outlined in our rate sheet.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is required upon drop-off unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional charges apply for special care services, extended stays, and late pickups.
- Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation policies are met (see Section 6).
4. Client Responsibilities
- All dogs must be in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free of contagious illnesses. Proof of vaccination is required.
- Dogs must be properly socialized, and owners must disclose any aggressive behaviors.
- Owners must provide accurate information about their pet's needs, health conditions, and any special requirements.
- Owners are responsible for providing their pet’s food, medications, and any necessary comfort items.
5. Liability & Waiver
- We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of every dog in our care. However, we are not liable for any injury, illness, escape, or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
- Owners acknowledge the risks associated with boarding, including but not limited to exposure to other animals and environmental factors.
- Any veterinary costs incurred during a dog’s stay will be the owner's responsibility. If emergency care is required, we will make every effort to contact the owner or their emergency contact.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off time to avoid full charges.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to full payment.
1. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy
- Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only during designated hours.
- Late pick-ups beyond the agreed timeframe may be subject to additional fees.
- Owners must notify us in advance if they are running late.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that exhibits aggressive behavior, excessive anxiety, or poses a risk to other dogs or staff.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
