Dogs are only intermixed three times daily unless otherwise requested. We prioritize safety and only allow compatible interactions.

Our rates are based on a 24-hour period from the time of drop-off. To ensure fairness and suite availability, the following fees apply:

Extended Stay & After-Hours Fees

Extended Stay Fee: If pick-up extends beyond the 24-hour period, an additional $10 per hour will be charged.

Late Pick-Up Fee: If pick-up extends past 6:00 PM, a full additional night's charge may apply.

* Please discuss any travel-related delays with us in advance to avoid unexpected fees.

Drop off & Pick Up Policy

- Morning: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- After-Hours Pick-Up/Drop-Off Fee: If you need to drop off or pick up outside of these designated hours, a $15 fee per occurrence will apply.

To ensure a smooth experience for our guests, drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment only during these time slots:

Special Care & Add-Ons

- Intact (non-spayed/neutered) dogs: +$5 per night (due to temperament, separation, and hygiene requirements)
- Raw food diets: +$5 per night (for storage and handling precautions)
- Medical administration (e.g., insulin shots, ear/eye cleaning): +$5 per night

We offer additional services to accommodate your dog’s unique needs:

- 15-minute hike: $5
- 30-minute hike: $10
- 60-minute hike: $20

Additional exercise options:

Every 10th night is FREE! Earn one Paw Point per night your dog stays with us. After 9 nights, enjoy a complimentary stay.

Loyalty Program – Paw Points

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other guests.

- Late cancellations (within 48 hours of check-in) will require full payment due to our limited availability.

What to bring for your stay

Please provide enough food for the duration of your dog’s stay. Raw food diets are welcome but must be properly packaged and labeled. (Additional charges for storage and handling precautions apply—see our rate sheet for details.)

We provide each suite with a cozy 2ft x 3ft elevated dog hammock bed, designed to keep your pup comfortable and off the floor. You’re welcome to use our bedding or bring your own familiar blankets or beds to help your dog feel right at home.

Comfort Items

For hygiene and consistency, we provide our own food and water dishes. Dishes are elevated to match your dog’s specific height for proper alignment while eating. Slow-feed bowls are also available upon request. Water dishes are rinsed and refreshed with clean water twice daily.
