A Day at Cedar & Sunflowers
8:00 AM – Morning Play & Social Time
Dogs start their day with 30 minutes of supervised play in the big yard to burn off energy and enjoy some morning pets and interaction.
Daytime Care & Personalized Activities
For an additional charge, we offer personalized walks, hikes, or runs in the afternoon (15, 30, or 60-minute sessions – see rates). All add-on hikes are on-leash only for safety.
After morning exercise, each dog returns to the privacy of their suite for a calm and stress-free breakfast. They then have the freedom to go in and out of their yard throughout the day.
8:30 AM – Breakfast & Relaxation
Throughout the day, we regularly check in on each pup to ensure they’re comfortable, happy, and receiving plenty of attention and enrichment. Every dog enjoys one-on-one playtime in their private yard, tailored to their favorite activities and needs.
6:00 PM – Evening Play Session
Before dinner, dogs enjoy 45 minutes of playtime in our large play area, stretching their legs and socializing.
6:30-7:00 PM – Dinner & Wind Down
Dogs return to their suites for a relaxing dinner and evening routine.
Optional Adventure Add-Ons
7:30-8:00 PM – Bedtime & Final Check-In
Each pup settles in for the night, with the option to have their doggy door locked overnight for added security.
Afternoon Enrichment & Free Play (Time varies based on our daily routine)
Dogs get an extra hour to explore, sniff, roam, or engage in interactive play based on their energy levels and preferences. Whether it’s romping with friends, chasing a favorite toy, or just lounging in the sun, this session ensures they receive additional stimulation and engagement.
Post-Check-In Update
After your dog's final check-in for the day, we send a personalized photo and summary of their activities and experiences. You'll receive an update on how your pup enjoyed their day, including highlights of their playtime, favorite moments, and any special adventures they had. This way, you can rest easy knowing exactly how your dog is doing!
On days when the weather is too cold for outdoor play, we ensure your dog's safety and comfort by moving the morning, afternoon, and evening sessions into our 800 sq. ft. shop, warmed by a cozy wood stove. This creates a safe and stimulating indoor environment, keeping tails wagging even when it's chilly outside!
During warmer days, our play areas feature sprinklers and doggy pools, giving our guests a refreshing way to cool down while still enjoying outdoor fun.
